The sound of a nation collectively unclenching. Spontaneous parties at intersections at Yonge & Eglinton, Yonge & Bloor, and Yonge & Dundas in Toronto, Canada. This was shot at Yonge & Bloor about 1 hour after winning the olympic hockey gold medal game.

this is awesome!! good to see the east coast celebrating the win also!! in vancouver we played street hockey and cops had to close most of the roads the party was just getting out of hand

hey just want to say this was a great video. I have never seen canadians party like this. Rushing out to the road hop around and hurry back before the light changes so traffic can get through even in total celebration you guys are polite WOW!

this is by far my favourite video of all the celebrations!! i can’t stop watching it….it’s so funny. I love how everyone runs into the street at the same time….dance and jump, and then run back before the light changes. That’s awesome. I wish I could have been in Toronto or Vancouver for these celebrations.
