Justin Trudeau, son of former PM Pierre, is taking on all comers in the Montreal riding of Papineau. And, like his father, he has a gift for the gab. So good that a Quebec communications firm couldn’t resist a parody of Trudeau’s welcome video from his web site. Thing with Justin, is A, he’s VERY good looking, rather charismatic and very bi-lingual. He just needs to be more natural, and use his young as much as possible.
He’s not the first, and not the last politician to follow in his father’s footsteps.
It’s funny. I can see that it “just called out” for a parody.
I like J. Trudeau, but he’s got a long way to go. The website, his speech, is too affected – he’s doing the drama thing too much. He should watch his father – Pierre was totally natural, but I don’t get that feeling with Justin. Have to say his French sounds beautiful though – I’ve been in Calgary for too long.
