Hi,
I am trying to find recent (last 4 years) studies or polls by Canadian research institutes relating to stem cell research in Canada or that would affect Canadians? It doesn’t really matter what exactly the research is about as long as it concerns stem cells.
I have been having a great deal of difficulty finding CANADIAN research studies and polls. I have been asked to do a report on stem cells but I can only use Canadian studies/polls.
Also, a classmate of mine who knows somewhat about stem cell research in Canada said that Canadian researchers are quite behind in research and tend to get information from European studies. Is this true?
If anyone knows of any Canadian studies, feel free to tell me!
Thank you!

These include requirements that the overseas relationship is either (a) one of the specified relationships listed in Schedule 20 to the Act, or (b) a relationship that meets the “general conditions” contained in section 214.
The list of specified relationships in Schedule 20 currently contains:

I wonder sometimes if the government of both nations mine and the one to the south are run by a few boards that hold the corperate interests and that we get to elect middle management every 4 to 5 yrs ?
Oh sure the Senate and the Governor General can’t be fired (Canada) or economically punished – but it seems by the time they get such an appointment they are so trained to “party politics” they aren’t free thinking persons anymore -
Senate also seems a good place for the government to hide really talented people so they can’t do any harm
Look at our Govenor Genral though she (not a political person ) seems to have done more in less time than any of her predecesors – I wonder what she thinks of her new boss Queen Elizabeth 11 ?

I just wanted to know what everyone thinks about the recent political news in canada right now. A vote of confidence has been proposed for dec. 8 and talks about a coalition government being formed between the Liberals and the NDP.
here’s more details if you want to know:
